1. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Products returned without original packaging.
Personalized or customized items (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is free for all customers within the United States.
You will receive a prepaid shipping label upon request.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
